MI8 SE : The Flight mode , Bluetooth can't work

ROM : EU Stable MIUI 10.0

When the into Flight mode, the Bluetooth can't work , if exit flight mode and open the bluetooth , the bluetooth not work too .

Only reboot . It is a bug ?

Bluetooth should not be working during Flight mode.

But when exit Flight mode , the Bluetooth always not work , Only reboot .

I can confirm similar happening on my Mi Note 3. Turning Airplane mode on and off and bluetooth won't start. I can switch the toggle in notification center, but after a while it unchecks itself (and BT is not working).
