Remote connection is slow and unstable. WiFi connection between home router is good and good mobile 4g connection, but still very slow, stuck connection to cam when outside home network.

Likely related to the CDN server that Xiaomi connects you to when using 4G.. by which I mean there is not a good route between your 4G provider and Xiaomi's chosen content delivery network location.
From what other iot issues there are i could speak to someone next week about it and see what they say
