MiPad 4 Update Problem

I unlocked my MiPad a half year ago. The Unlock Password i used is lost an i can not remember.

On the MiPad i have the Xiaomi Rom Version 9.5.9

Now i want to Update the MiPad. I downloaded the newest Rom File as a Zip File. After i choose it the MiPad shows me a message, that the MiPad will restart now and i have to write the unlock Passwort. I don't know it, so i cancelt the update.

What can i do?
How can i get the Password?

No i have no lock screen password

Is it the same Password like the xiaomi Account i am logged in at the MiPad?
When i try to login at the Xiaomi Account i click on Password forget. Now i have a new paaword. Then i logged of at the MiPad and logged in with the new password. Can i use this password for the update?

I also have this pad and get this message when I want to do the update. It's just a hint that twrp might ask for a password. This would only be the case if you have set a password for your pad. You can safely ignore this message.
