Missing "cust" partition with the data about regions

Hi! I've faced a problem after downgrading from miui 10 (xiaomi.eu) back to stable global (at that time it was 9.5.20). I can't choose a region in the settings - after clicking regions menu corresponding screen tries to appear but immediately goes back. I've found out that it happens because my "/cust" folder is empty for some reason. Seems like it was wiped during flashing of either xiaomi.eu or official miui 10 beta firmware and the bad thing is official global firmwares don't contain it.

So could someone with global stable firmware and root access compress "/cust" directory and post it somewhere please! I would be very grateful!

Hola, lo siento, no puedo ayudarte porque estoy con el Miia 10 Mi Mix 2s semanal de xiaomi.eu y para poder copiar el contenido de mi carpeta de cliente, tendría que enrutar el terminal, lo cual hago no lo hago porque he tenido problemas de arranque antes y tuve que dejar de hacerlo. Espero que alguien con tu misma ROM pueda ayudarte, lo siento. Un saludo.
