Missing Number In Messaging ( Miui 8 7.0)

After i update , sms number with missing 0 ( ex: 090123456 => 90123456 ) Error only appears in sms , Call or content normally
The same error as this link :

I can not find the file sales_code.dat to fix:

My temporary fix is to use the 3rd app
