Missing options in Settings

Redmi note 6 pro eu global rom 10.3.3
I don't recall since when it happent, but there are some options missing in the Settings, for example "Turn on MIUI optimization" in Developers Settings. Is it the same for someone else?

This setting is off-limits on our ROM, and you shouldn't even touch it to begin with.

So, it could have gone missing because I touched it, or was it disabled by ROM developers?
