Same here. Mi 8 SE, system very slow.

You should reinstall and wipe completely the system. My phone works fine for me since I did it.

Just updated to 10.3.2.0 Stable using the Updater. Everything went smooth, I was afraid the update would install older versions of MIUI apps because I usually update my Mi apps via APKMirror to latest version. Also, was scared of doing a dirty update via Updater but many members have said using the Updater is the better method over TWRP. So far 10.3.2.0 runs a bit smoother on my Mi Pad 4 and it updated some MIUI apps while not touching the ones that are newer.
