Miui 13 manually install error

Hi everyone, i have 2 xiaomi mi 10 5g, mine is allready on miui 13 and recently i bought one for my girlfriend and she have the miui 11 with no update further.. i tried to install manually the miui 13, package downloaded from my phone because bouth of them are global.
When I try to install it gives me this error "

Couldn't verify update package. Update via USB instead. "​

What should I do? And is strange because her phone is new and stuck at miui 11.
