i have mi 11 pro . im stil on eu rom 12 and thinking over and over to upgrade to 13 , but i want to see the talks of the the others on how it works or not .
from time to time, not everytime , when I use the device's camera to upload an online photo to WhatsApp or any other app, or just want to take a picture , then the device just freezes and does not respond. After about a minute it releases or i have to do restsrt , and then I can use the camera again for the app. I tried to upgrade rom (on the 12 section) , i tried to claer data and cache but it's still the same. im reading and asking for a solution , but nothing works . can you advice me other things as a developer? Thnx

No idea. Being a feature developer doesn't mean I know every MIUI app throughout, nor that I'm a Xiaomi software engineer.

Some days ago I updated my mi 10T from a recovery 12.5.8 to the current fastboot 13.0.1 successfully without wiping data.
Rom seems smoother and a bit faster. Battery life seems a bit shorter but it's getting better. The rom is stable, no freezes or restarts and I can see no bugs except individual apps dark mode - the list stays empty, so I can't select individual apps to ignore dark mode.
Safety net passes test successfully.

I'm having trouble with WhatsApp notifications. All permissions, automatic start and battery saver are set correctly.

It also does not keep in memory the notification ringtone chosen by apk whatsapp.

Had this before on another update. Did you try to backup your chats and delete data of whatsapp APK?

No lag at all on my X3 Pro! Not on maps nor on any app! The ROM is buttery smood, much more than official 12.5, in every aspect, UI or apps...
Better battery life also than 12.5!
Highly recommend this ROM!

you will get an info about updates on your phone... but you cant install it with OTA... you have to download it with PC/MAC and install it with fastboot ....

Well i have to thank all of the xiaomi.eu Team for such a wonderful rom.
I am running Xioami Mi 11 T Pro 5g Miui 13.0.2 Stable and it is great!
Battery life is also amazing
Many hours music via Deezer
here and there few youtube videos
a lot whats app
and a bit google maps
Ohh and i deactivated 5g.. i dont really need it.
