Miui 9 China Developer Rom For Mi 4c Released Today!

Got this news from the global MIUI forum. Although it's only available via fastboot. When will you guys make the xiaomi.eu version? I really don't like the China DEV rom because it has no Gapps and has a lot of chinese bloatware.
