Miui 9 - First Alarm Of The Day Doesn't Turn On The Phone

Hi all,
Is it only my problem or is a common bug?
In miui 8 it did work excellently.

you man to turn on the phone? or is turned on already and don't ring?

Phone is turn off, at night. At 7.00 there is First alarm, and phone must turn on automatically, to sing the alarm.

I have the same problem - alarm doesn't turn on the phone. That function worked perfect in MIUI 8 releases.
Furthermore, after snoozing alarm of 3 or 4 times, next alarm doesn't activate screen. I can only restart phone by long pressing the power key.
(Tested with Redmi 3 pro)
