Miui 9 Last Build No Sound When Recife Notification On Telegram

Hello I have no sound notification when recife a massage on Telegram (or plus messager) Whatsapp no problem.

Same here for Mi Note 2 with MIUI 9.1.3

Thanks for the update.

Based on the notification issues while running that weekly build I decided to stay on the stable release of MIUI 9.1.3 for my Note 2.
Anyway I was able to solve it by converting my favorite sounds into ogg and put them into the system/media folder (my devices already had root permissions).
