Hello guys, sry to be this brief but can anyone help me find a xiaomi.eu rom version with MIUI 9.x and android 8.x or 9.x, I really like MIUI 9 and want classic design from Oreo or 9. Thank you very much in advance.
Currently looking here I'm not sure if compatible or where is download link for dipper(mi8)

Yeah first thing where i search. It seems that MIUI 9 weekly old builds were removed or you can't find them anymore just stable 9.5 which I can't find dipper listed
