Not yet no. It can do basic timing and laps

This would be absolutely great, its the only thing keeping me from using the default MIUI alarm.

If you press the menu key when you are in the alarm screen, and select "Alarm settings", there in an option called "Alarm ascending" that it may be what you are looking for...
