New Mobile Data, Mi 8 SE, Sirius

I can't Connect to Internet from my service company, I turn on mobile Data but doesnt work, I tried to modify the APN but doesnt work either... Xiaomi 8.11.15

ı have a mi8 and me to... My signal going down and later coming back. Btw ı cant use 4g. İt was looking full bar but ı cant access internet.
