N100 door lock bluetooth

Dears,

I bought an Door Lock N100 (bluetooth version) at 2 year ago.

Only this week I have installed this but I cant connect it to my Mi Home APP...

The APP find the N100 Door Lock and the next step is to click on the "Set button" on the door lock to conect with the APP/phone. But nothing happens and the APP still try to connect but... nothing

Any sugestion please??
