Need to re-enter PIN at random times

Hi, I have a problem,

Sometimes I need to re-enter my PIN. It happens 1 or 2 times a day. It seems that it happens when my phone is using much memory, like when I'm playing a game or watching a movie stream or something. Does anyone know what the problem is?
