New phone died....OMG!

I can't turn on my Redmi Note 5.
I had a problem with a kind of loop reboot after unlock the phone and installing the global rom.
the phone reboot everytime open location part in the setup.

So i started to try different rom, till the twrp said system/vendor can't find....I wipe everything... but than can't install the new os, so I try to reboot it but the phone totally died now...can't turn on.

what's happened?! the phone is new!omg....
I can't turn on it at all....therewas like 26% of battery .

Please help!

Have you tried on fastboot mode?

Always charge well above 50% before flashing or upgrading.
