can i install it by using my old Twrp?Or do I have to install using fastboot? will I lose all data if I install the new one ? . Maybe stupid question but I do not have much experience. Quite new in the Xiaomi world. Thanks for Advance

I installed it from the TWRP and without any problem. Does not erase anything

I don't think it can be installed on other devices than Mi 10 Ultra

With TWRP I always had to delete /data/extm or backup would fail.
Orange Fox works without that step. On the other hand it takes some time for OF to decrypt data when entering. TWRP is much faster on that.

It all comes down to personal preference
