New Xiaomi 11t pro no WiFi calling option

Xiaomi 11t pro.

WiFi calling enabled with Vodafone but no option to turn it on under settings, SIM cards and networks, hit SIM card.
Tried everything. Technicians have also tried for over 20 hours
Any ideas

Ah. Yes done this and now have voLTE but still no WiFi calling
