No 5g network, 12s pro

Hello people, one month with my 12s pro and running xiaomi eu stable rom! Problem is with 5g.. Seems that i cannot get it to work..
Having a dual sim mode, vodafone sim in slot 2 rums smoothly with 5g.. Whereas, Cosmote (greek provider) in slot 1 cannot work in 5g (NR status = restricted)..

Any ideas??
