No call recording on MIUI 11 GLOBAL?!

Just got this "almost perfect" phone for myself and it s missing one of the key features that made Xiaomi what it is...what s up?! will there be a future update to address this issue for Global roms?

This is google one wannabe phone with bloatware software. Great hardware with poor software.

Btw, google dialer will have call record option in a near future.
