No notification sound

Hello. I don`t know if this is miui or android feature. But when I receive some notifiation and already heave one unread phone shows me the icon but don`t sound and vibrate. How to fix this?

I confirm this, but was also an issue on stock rom I was before with.
Very strange because all other call are well done.

I found the reason why:
notification sound was disabled for some application in settings.
-Settings/notifications/app notifications:
Here you check how the related application has "Allow playing sound" ON set or not.
