No Signal After Replacing Screen

I have no signal on my Mi4, it recognize the SIM, but I get 'no service' message.

this happened after I had the screen replaced. the phone works fine beside this issue. I don't understant how it could be connected to this problem. but I have no other explanation.

is there anything that can be done?

Verify the antenna, probably badly plugged.
