No sound from Xiaomi on internet calls & video. Please advise

I can't hear calls on whatshapp & ggoogle meet calls and video; but they can hear me. Also no sound from Xiaomi music folder, but gets sound from other apps like spotify. I hear on normal mobile/cell phone calls.
