I use the latest Version (MIUI 10) in my Redmi Note 4x (mido) and floating notifications are both working (for all installed apps). The other bug is, that the Sound (e.g Spotify) suddenly comes out of the phonespeaker, when I delete an app. The "delete-sound" also comes out of the phonespeaker and I have to replug my Headphones.
