I try to download the new OTA update 8.7.19 and the updater crashes, so I tried to manually download the package, but when it warns the phone will reboot I click yes with no effect, it doesn't update one way or the other. Any other fix without using clean install?

This issue still occuring as of version 10.8.8.16 (regardless of language).

After checking for update, clicking Download will cause Updater app to crash (see attached). After manually downloading and selecting the package, the app will do nothing after clicking yes to reboot.

Edit: only solution to updating is through recovery.

Fixed it already, had to clean install the rom, it worked like a charm!!

The real problem was lack of storage permission for Updater app, in some cases it had to be enabled by user in Security Center.
