New Permission keeps stopping

I got today error message saying permission keeps stopping.
See attached screenshot.

Restarting the phones did not help.
I have updated her phone to latest available but it did not help.

Has anybody got the same error?
Anybody knows of a fix for this?

1) Please always take a screenshot of the "View summary" page when reporting a crash
