Invalid Permission manager stop on Mi9 stable rom

Hi, I have flashed xiaomi.eu_multi_MI9_V11.0.5.0.QFACNXM_v11-10 with TWRP as very clean process (wipe data, cache etc.). But I have an issue with permission manager on Miui. You may see summary for issue attached. Could you please help me about that? Also I tried to update the Miui security wth apk but I could not. Should I update it and how can I do that?

Go to settings > apps > manage apps > tap 3 dots in top right corner and select 'show all apps' > you will find Permission manager in the list > clear data
