New Phone App Crash When Using Mi Cloud

Miui 9.6 Xiaomi.eu v8.4.4.4 | Beta

After Install this Rom der Phone App dont start
or rather crash. Always.

Bevor the App crash i see that my Phone Numbers are saved.
So i tried to disable (logout) the MI-Cloud.

The Phone App runing fine.

Bug or fail install ?
