Phone Restarts At Night After Miui 8.5.2.0 Rom Update

My Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 phone worked perfectly with MIUI eu ROM 8.0 for a half year.
A made a ROM upgrade to MIUI EU 8.5.2.0 a few days ago.
It is OK, but it restarts at night by itself. It happaned more times.
Has someone got a same problem?
What can I do now?
I made the ROM upgrade with the factory Mi-Recovery, and I would not like to change it to TWRP.
I only made "Wipe cache" before update, maybe other type of wipe is necessary.
Can I downgrade my phone to MIUI eu 8.0 without loosing my installed apps?

I also had a reboot, and problems with super su and google services and the store. I also did a wipe cache. I solved everything by letting the phone adapt to the update. I think these issues are the fault of Google services that are not updated in the ROM. If you are still having problems, update the ROM and wipe cache before and after. Good luck! regards

Usually you should clear cache+dalvik cache.

What kind of problem with SuperSU and Google Services/Store?
You should try Magisk.

Really my problem was that I needed to update the google services, and for some reason was slow in doing so, Apps did not ask for access to Super Su, and the phone was very slow. Now works fine and the battery seems to last longer than version 8.2
