New playstore giving this error : DF-DFERH-01 (Mi10 last eu miui version)

i tried fresh install and the problem is still the same.
everytime i try to search for something i get this error.

also tried to wipe cache and check the auto start but nothing.

anyone had this error before?

so i format my device to fastboot global version and the playstore works but after install eu.miui the problem returned.
its look like there is something with the google services bc it wont show app when you search for it.
