I had the same problem as you.
what i did was after flashing everything, wipe cache and dalvik enter fastboot and flash the stock recovery.
then enter recovery and choose 2nd option, 2nd option (a red message will appear). its ok, chose the only option available, and voila a green message will apear.
now first option to reboot and that's it your phone will boot (hopefully).
I talk about options because the only mi 6 original recovery i found is chinese so i don't understand anything.
But... as far as i can understand it will make a factory reset and will encrypt your files again.
without encryption miui won't boot. (don't know why though)
I tried to flash the no_verity.zip and it's no good for me

By the way. does Someone has the stock recovery file in english language that can upload? like a recovery.img so i can flash it through fastboot?

For my case I just flash Chinease ROM by Mi Flash from Fastboot for recovery it's to normal.

Remark
My device has been unlock it's can Flash by Mi Flash.

if it's still stuck after all this, make everything like this and then flash the stock recovery.
enter stock recovery
choose 2nd option
choose 2nd option again ( a message in red will appear continue anyway)
a green message will appear
then choose the first option to reboot and it will boot

Sounds easy, but windows cannot copy the file to internal storage. And to add to the pain, OTG does not work on this phone on any level. Xiaomi, never again.

Hello, I also had this problem. So follow instructions:

Unlock bootloader with Mi Unlock app, the official way (after 72 hours waiting for permission).
Flash latest fastboot rom with MiFlash
Install TWRP (twrp-3.1.1-0-sagit-v2.img)
Format data
Reboot into TWRP
copy rom to internal storage
Flash rom with TWRP
Wipe dalvik and cache
Reboot phone
Done.

For me this was the only way that worked.

Hi, thought this might help if somebody is having this issue. My Mi6 was stuck at bootscreen after flashing TWRP and Xiaomi EU ROM.

The following method worked for me

After flashing EU ROM, enter fastboot mode and type

fastboot format userdata

(This will format all the data on your phone)

Reboot. Done.
