Pop up Flipbuds pro not showing

Hello why flipbuds pro do not pop up when connecting to firmware 21.6.2 miui eu. as on the
original miui 21.6.2 firmware which displays the pop up?

In China Rom, the flipbuds pro can pop up,bud I don't know why it doesn't pop up in miui eu Rom.
