when using hot spot with for some time it sometimes locks out the data and to fix i need to enable \disable airplane mode so data comeback to reanable mobile data and hot spot - as well i have same phone global rom and we tested when i have slowdowns in data connection the other phone have stable modem and tether with much higher Mbps/s
