Is there any way to install Global Rom for Mi Max without PC?

Mi Max ja juuri tuota rommia tarkoitan. Puhelimessa meni usb sillain hassusti rikki että enään mikään ei tunnista sitä, ainoastaan lataa usbn kautta.

Kun laitat usbin kiinni koneeseen ja luuriin niin se näyttää, että puhelin on lataustilassa?
Voitko puhelimesta muuttaa sitä painamalla sitä ilmoitusta ja valita MTP tilan?

You need a PC to install the EU-rom the first time. The PC is necessary to unlock the boot loader and install TWRP.

When this is done you don't need a PC to update. You just download newer ROMs to the phone memory and flash through TWRP on the phone.

Kun laitat usbin kiinni koneeseen ja luuriin niin se näyttää, että puhelin on lataustilassa?
Voitko puhelimesta muuttaa sitä painamalla sitä ilmoitusta ja valita MTP tilan?

Phone is broken. Settings are ok. Same computer usb port also broke my camera same way.. thats fixed under warranty.
