Hey,
I couldn't add a card to google pay on the factory ROM.
My bootloader was already unlocked (not by me) so i assumed that i bought a chinese phone with installed global ROM.
I've decided to install TWRP and a new ROM (xiaomi.eu_multi_MI8_9.9.3_v10-9) and try my luck with that.
And I still can't use my card with google pay.
Would you guys mind helping me?

Don't know how but after reinstalling wiping all data with factory reset and installing the same ROM for the second time and rooting the device with Magisk i was able to add the card for contactless payment with google pay.
So it's all resolved.
