Problem With Notification´s Sound In Mi5

I have a Xiaomi mi5 and 1 month ago, suddenly, my mobile started to sound with a notification sound and it sounds all the time. Only in silence it´s stop. I have updated to very differents versions, format data, resect factory and the notification´s sound continues all the time. I dont know what to do...
