Problems with camera

Hello o/ can anyone tell me why on TWRP I can't find the zip file to update the rom?
And why when I activate the camera i get this messagge "mount the USB storage before using the camera"?

Hello,

Try to browse in "/data/media/0" folder in TWRP if you don't see your internal storage in "/sdcard" .

Try to "Clear all data" for the camera app, in phone's settings.
