Recovery and Fastboot Rom for Mi 9T Pro?

I get next week the new Mi 9T Pro but i dont find a Recovery or Fastboot Image for the Phone?

The TWRP recovery can be found here in the 9T forum section.
Why would you need a fastboot image?

Hi, can mi9t pro use this TWRP to flash eu Rom, which derive from K20 pro's Rom?

I flashed LRteam twrp(only twrp,no rom) but now stuck in twrp loop.
Should I flash other twrp,then some fresh rom,and do I have to do something else?
Please help,in steps if possible because I deleted everything from phone(no,I havent made a backup ),so I could save my phone and data from another fail.
