Recovery mode not working

I have MI2S and I've done some wrong with recovery mode so it's not working anymore.
Can I restore it from fastboot?

I restored it by reinstalling the last original room. But I have another question: how can I add the option "backup and restore" to recovery?

just install CWM. Stock recovery does not provide such functionality.
