Red Numbers In Camera App

One month ago appeared two red numbers in the top left corner of the camera app saying -3, +3 when I updated my phone it changed to -6, +6 and I think that the photos quality is lesser than at the begining.
What is that?
How can I change it?
I can't remove it with any of the camera settings.

on my original "fake" rom, it appeared after about 3 days. flashed weekly beta, been about a week and it hasnt popped up yet

Yes, I'm in the latest version And I have It since one month before creating this thread.

I bought this phone in August and changed the ROM as early as i could because mine was in chinese

I'm un official developer coming from fake ROM.
Red numbers in fake ROM but when flashing official one, they go, but in the update 7.3.23, they come back, and goes on in 7.3.30.
