Redmi 2 pro can't delete account mi

I state that I have a miui.it but I think the problem is the same with a miui.eu

Hi, I have a redmi 2 pro with the miui.it installed, I completely reset it now but after a while a message appears that says the phone has been lost or blocked, if I try to activate it asks me for a password that I can't remember the e-mail anymore, maybe my daughter had used it years ago, what should I do to make it reusable?

Sounds like the phone is bound to a Xiaomi Account or something. You'll have to remember the email and password, or use a non-MIUI ROM. No other way around it.

1. You can't do anything by yourself unless you can remember the email
2. You can bring the phone to Xiaomi service center to remove the Mi account

You need to bring the box or the purchase receipt with you to the service center
If you don't have either of them, you can treat that phone as trash. Or flash it with a non-miui ROM
