Redmi 3 Global Miui 8 Rom Root Needed

Hi Friends
i want to root my redmi 3 pro with global developer MIUI 8 rom , i tried normal process by installing superuser 2.76 from custom recovery but my phone hanges on MI logo
i need your help

which custom recovery? Can you enter in fastboot mode?

i have used many versions the same problem

may be this is the reason , i use 2.76 version i will try the newer version

for me supersu 2.79 works for roms released in 2017.
