Hold power button for 10 seconds and you get out from fastboot mode 
Then, if you would like to have xiaomi.eu ROM:
1. Flash your phone to official china dev ROM
2. Flash xiaomi.eu ROM

Then, if you would like to have xiaomi.eu ROM:
