I Have Redmi Note 3 2015161
Ram 3 Storge 32
After Flash I nesert Sim Card But No Service
And Camera Not Open
Please Fix Me
I try 10 rom but fail

I already had this problem, I decided to flash the persist.img file of the stock rom by fastboot with the bootloader unlocked, you can try this if it is the last option.
