[Redmi Note 8][Xiaomi.eu MIUI 11 stable 11.0.1] Is quick snap mode supposed to not vibrate when engaged?

Back then on the MIUI 11 Global 11.0.3.0 PCOMIXM, quick snap mode will vibrate lightly (honestly too faint for my hands) when it's engaged.

Pretty sure it doesn't vibrate on Xiaomi.eu, but quick snap mode does run.

Is this a bug/known bug/intended behavior?

Also give an option to turn off/lightly/medium/strongly vibrate the device when the quick snap run is activated.

You are on Global ROM? Then you are asking this in the wrong forum.

No, I'm using Xiaomi.eu, but I did use global rom out of the box before going to Xiaomi.eu and it seems not triggering.

EDIT: Apparently only video is affected by this, quick snap photo does make light vibration every photo taken and holding down volume down keeps taking photos (burst)
