New Redmi (Rosy) - Cant add Fingerprint

After that the android version in Redmi5 changed to 8.1., I can not add a fingerprint.

Another problem is: Internal Storage 0mb, but this can solve using a TWRP modified for Oreo,

Anyone know how to solve the problem of the fingerprint?
