Hi,
I have one problem with video on my RedMi2.
I attach one screenshot for show you my bug.

Anyone have the same bug?
How can I resolve?

Is this happen to all the video ? It looks like you have a codec problem. Try download vlc player and see you can get a clear image on it. If you do then this is a codec issue either from the movie file or the player.
