Hi everyone
as the subject shows, android 10 does not give the possibility to choose among the preinstalled ringtones and does not permit to use any other music file (wave o mp3) to use as a ringtone.
attached is a screenshot of the media storage system app that does not show any preinstalled ringtone.
How can I fix the problem and get back the preinstalled ringtones?
